An Independence March was held on 4th March 2019 in the Glasgow area. Organised by the group ‘All Under One Banner’, the march began at Kelvingrove Park at 13:30 and ending at Glasgow Green with a rally. The marchers will also walk through the city centre.
Today was the first of many other events that is being organised from May to October. ‘All Under One Banner’ are a pro-independence organisation who march regularly for the independence of Scotland. A tweet below shows the level of support that will be in attendance on the day.

The Scottish Independence March is being held as a peaceful march where protestors are encouraged to bring flags and pipes/drums. There will also be Dhol Drummers behind the AUOB Banner whilst the march is taking place. More images of the march are below taken from Twitter.
